For Shippers & Dispatchers

How many pallets actually fit your dry van?

Before the warehouse crew starts loading, know the real floor count. Enter the trailer and pallet footprint and the tool grids it both ways and takes the better layout. Runs on your device; nothing is uploaded.

Pallet capacity

Defaults are a 53ft van interior (636" × 100") and a standard GMA pallet (48" × 40"). Adjust to your real numbers.

How it works: the tool fills the floor in both pallet orientations — length-along-trailer and rotated — and keeps the higher count. With a 636"×100" van and 48"×40" pallets that is 30 on the floor (turned, two wide). Real-world pinwheeling can shift that a couple either way, and a weight cap (≈45,000 lb payload) often fills the truck before the floor does. Nothing you enter leaves your device.

At or over the floor? Decide the mode.
